Siwin Foods – Discovery Park

Dawson Wallace delivered the first phase of Siwin Foods’ new multi-phase development within Discovery Business Park — a 26,000 SF cold storage and distribution facility designed to support the company’s expanding operations. The building includes dedicated freezer storage and ambient dock loading areas to ensure efficient product handling and temperature control. Constructed using a conventional structural steel system with IMP exterior walls and an SBS roofing system, the facility combines performance, durability, and energy efficiency. Strategically located with convenient access to Highway 2 and the Edmonton International Airport, the Discovery Park site provides ideal connectivity for regional and international distribution. Phase 1 sets the foundation for two future expansion phases envisioned to further grow Siwin Foods’ logistics capacity.
