Spirit Leaf West Hillhurst

Dawson Wallace was contracted to complete the tenant improvement program for the Spirit Leaf West Hillhurst retail store and dispensary. Located within the lower level of an existing a multi-tenant commercial building, the 2,200 SF store houses a front reception and payment area, customer lounge space, sales floor and showcase area, administrative office space, and secured product vault. Design features throughout the space include a large mural wall covering, polished concrete floors, and a feature hanging wooden planter above the payment desk.
