St. Teresa of Calcutta Elementary School Modernization

Dawson Wallace completed a significant modernization program within the existing facility, enhancing several areas of the 30,210 s.f. school which serves kindergarten through grade 6 at a capacity of 600 students. Various interior improvements and upgrades have been completed in the classrooms, library, gymnasium, change rooms, and administrative support offices. In addition to the renovations to the main structure, a number of portable classrooms were demolished and others removed/relocated for temporary use. The modernization of the school’s exterior included new cladding and brick veneer finishes, new air vapour barrier & roofing systems.
