Holy Trinity Elementary School Modernization

Dawson Wallace was awarded the contract to complete a comprehensive modernization & systems upgrade within the existing Holy Trinity Elementary School. Located within Calgary’s Forest Lawn-Forest Heights community, the K-6 school consists of a 26,909 SF 1-storey structure and has a capacity of approx. 275 students. Within the school’s interior, the modernization encompassed approximately 5,381 SF, and provides new interior layouts & refreshed finishes in addition to a mechanical and electrical building systems overhaul. The exteriors have been refurbished with new roofing, windows, doors, exterior cladding and stone finishes, as well as a new elevated feature entrance with structural steel & glulam beams. Siteworks include new asphalt, concrete paving to accommodate a new waste enclosure, widening of an existing roadway and soft landscaping upgrades throughout the property.
