The Stoney Lands Industrial Park project was delivered in three phases. Phase 1 was comprised of three distribution warehouses totaling a 1.6 million SF building footprint, with a total of 60 acres of completed site surfaces. The buildings consist of structural steel, composite metal panels, and insulated metal panels. Dawson Wallace subsequently completed the tenant fit ups including Harmony Logistics, Sobeys Distribution & Whirlpool (GE) Distribution.
Phase 2 included the construction of a fourth distribution warehouse with 32’ clear structure totaling an additional 436,000 SF. The exterior wall construction consisted of insulated metal panels from slab to parapet with stucco and block overlay. The storefronts consisted of soft-wall, composite metal panels, insulated panels, and curtainwall entrances.
Phase 3 included the construction of a final distribution warehouse totaling 399,000 SF. The incorporation of insulated metal panels, as well granite-stone panels, created a parapet height of 36’. Dawson Wallace was also subsequently contracted to complete the tenant’s interior fit up.
