The City of Lethbridge’s new station services the south zone of west Lethbridge, providing additional coverage capacity to the surrounding communities and encompassing approximately 13,293 s.f. of space. It is comprised of structural steel and precast construction, and features fully glazed overhead doors on the primary elevation and a partial mezzanine.
Housed within the station are three apparatus bays, bunk rooms, administrative offices, locker and shower rooms, a communal kitchen and dining area, and a fitness room. The interior flooring will feature both polished concrete and epoxy flooring throughout. Additionally, the station will also house a new training zone for Hose Training.
