After a competitive tender, Dawson Wallace was awarded the contract for this combined Fire Station/EMS/911 Call Centre/Administration/Medical Clinic. The building is comprised of an 8,000 s.f. garage area, 6,800 s.f. main floor office area, and 8,000 s.f. second floor administration area.
Once awarded a significant cost savings was identified and accepted by the Owner.
