The Westwinds Cash & Carry project is a 46,116 SF purpose-built industrial warehouse facility designed to support wholesale distribution and bulk goods handling. The building will function as a centralized hub for product storage, administrative operations, and customer order fulfillment and will house a business-to-business wholesale distributor serving the food service industry across Alberta and Canada. Operating as a cash-and-carry warehouse, it will accommodate walk-in coolers, refrigerated storage, dry goods warehousing to support high-volume distribution and in-person pickup, and supporting office space. The design also incorporates ample parking stall for staff and visitors, along with loading docks to facilitate efficient goods movement.
