Dawson Wallace was contracted by Spirit Leaf to complete the tenant improvement program for their new West Hillhurst retail store and dispensary. Located within the lower level of an existing a multi-tenant commercial building, the new 2,200 sq.ft. store houses an expansive front reception and payment area, customer lounge space, sales floor and showcase area, administrative office space, and secured product vault.
Design features throughout the space include a large mural wall covering, polished concrete floors, a large hanging wooden planter above the payment desk, and upscale finishes throughout.
