Dawson Wallace recently completed construction of the new McDonald’s restaurant located in the new Cochrane community of Fireside Gate, just off Cowboy Trail.
This new 4,800 sq.ft. restaurant houses dine-in and drive-thru services as well as McCafe coffee service. The building consists of wood framing, McDonald’s standard metal panels, hardie board, steel cladding, masonry veneer, and numerous upscale design touches throughout.
In addition, Dawson Wallace also completed all site works including services, paving, concrete work, and drive through equipment. This project was completed under a quick schedule turnaround in order to adhere to McDonald’s targeted opening date.
