High Plains Building 8

Dawson Wallace recently completed construction of the newest phase of the High Plains Industrial Park. Located in the Park’s “Lot 11” zone, Building 8 is comprised of a one storey 186,314 s.f. light industrial development. It houses multi-tenant warehouse space totaling 170,811 s.f. with 32′ clear height. Features include designated office areas offering 14,700 s.f. of space, 60′ staging areas, 24 loading docks, and two drive-in bays. The development will sit on a 10 acre site and includes 52 trailer stalls, a surface parking lot with 150 stall capacity, and an expansive storm water management system.
