Nose Creek Building B

Located in Balzac, Building B is the fourth building completed by Dawson Wallace within the Nose Creek Business Park in partnership with QuadReal. Building B encompasses 231,156 SF of available mixed use retail and warehousing/distribution space. The one-story building’s design has capacity to be divided into three individual bays based on tenant needs, offering 71,434 SF, 84,644 SF, and 71,675 SF respectively as well as space for areas to service tenant staff.  Exterior features include composite metal panels, a glass curtainwall system and 54 loading bays. Site development includes a wrap-around surface parking lot along the north and east sides, trailer storage along the west side, and soft landscaping throughout the property.
