As Construction Managers for Uline’s new facility at the Anthony Henday Business Park, this large distribution facility (36′ clear height) includes 48 dock positions, 8″ burnished slab, and approximately 25,000 s.f. of office space.
It features extensive landscaping with an asphalt walking trail around the entire site, and has been designed to allow for the potential of future cross-dock capabilities.
