As Construction Manager for Uline’s facility at the Anthony Henday Business Park, Dawson Wallace completed the construction of this expansive 591,185 SF distribution facility which boasts 36′ clear height, 48 dock positions, 8″ burnished slab, and approximately 25,000 SF of office space. The development also features extensive landscaping with an asphalt walking trail around the entire site, and has been designed to allow for the potential of future cross-dock capabilities.
