Situated on a 21-acre parcel within the Fulton Creek Business Park, the development is comprised of industrial buildings totaling more than 418,000 SF. Building 1 provides 151,571 SF of space, while Building 2 adds an additional 267,173 SF. Both facilities are designed with a 32′ clear height to accommodate modern warehousing and logistics operations, and each features 8-inch slabs to support light industrial use. The building envelopes consist of 10-inch precast concrete wall panels complemented by high-performance metal panel cladding details that enhance both durability and visual appeal, and a TPO roofing system. Both buildings are designed to meet LEED sustainability standards and support efficient large-scale industrial operations.
