AHBP Building One

We completed the sitework and shell building construction for this single storey, 4 tenant light industrial warehouse at the Anthony Henday Business Park. The building boasts 32′ clear height, 240′ building depth, 60′ deep dock aprons, 3 grade level ramps, 55′ x 40′ bays with 60′ marshalling bays at dock, and 8″ thick slab with steel reinforced fibres.
