CPS Westwinds Evidence Warehouse

The CPS Westwinds project consists of a 60,000 SF warehouse and storage facility with supporting office areas, cold storage, walk-in freezers, and high security evidence storage areas. The warehouse area features exposed concrete, reinforced slab on grade, both drive-in and dock-height overhead doors, conveyor systems, and mobile racking which slides on steel rails recessed into the slab. The office consists of a vestibule with secure entrance, reception area, offices for onsite employees, lunch room, break room, and male/female washrooms.
