The CASA centre, built in the downtown Lethbridge district, and was constructed to replace the aging Bowman Arts Centre as the central arts hub for Lethbridge.
The CASA centre houses exhibition gallery spaces, 2D and 3D workshops, woodworking and textile design rooms, dance and theatre halls, and music conservatory practice rooms. The structure sits atop grade beam piles, with structural concrete slabs, beams, and shear walls to create a modern exposed concrete finish interior.
Exterior features include aluminum framing and glazing, masonry, aluminum panels, and corrugated metal finishes.
