This 250,000 SF advanced cold storage distribution centre features a 115,000 SF rack-supported structure reaching 135’ in height. At its core is a state-of-the-art Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) designed to handle and distribute frozen food products with precision and efficiency. The facility supports over 66,000 pallet positions, with the racking system itself serving as the primary structural support — driving both construction and operational efficiencies. The environment within the ASRS structure is maintained at a consistent -28°C, and the facility is equipped with a low-oxygen suppression system, designed specifically for deep-freeze environments to provide enhanced fire protection while minimizing water-based suppression risks. Adjacent to the ASRS is a 60’ 115,000 SF frozen dock area, also maintained at -28°C, allowing for uninterrupted cold chain integrity from inbound receiving to outbound shipping.
